Wherever she goes, Erin O'Toole's sketchbook goes with her.
For over twenty years she has filled hand-made books and canvases
with images of animals, gardens and scenic waterways. Her
work now appears in over thirty-five books on gardening, natural
history, pets and wildlife. Her own book, "Create your own
Artist's Journal", published by North Light Books, contain
easy to follow instructions for creating hand-bound books
and filling them with one's personal artwork.
Children are drawn to observe Erin as she draws on location,
soon gain new insights to the world around them. Her interest
in animals, nature and history led her write and illustrate
books about getting a puppy, work aboard ships and nocturnal
zoo animals.
